DFDSoft provides software products of various types — including time tracking, project management, and learning management — used by businesses and other organizations to organize work, manage teams, track time, deliver training, and communicate with team members and business contacts.
This End User Privacy Notice explains how information relating to end users and business contacts — such as employees, contractors, team members, and learners — may be processed through DFDSoft.

- Training, course, and certification records

Where End User Information Comes From

- A DFDSoft customer
- Employers or organizations
- Customer employees or representatives
- Customer integrations
- Forms and uploads within the Services
- Professional websites
- Publicly available sources
- Licensed or permitted business-data providers
- Other lawful sources
How Information May Be Used
End user information may be processed to enable customers to:
- Track time and attendance
- Manage projects, tasks, and workloads
- Deliver and manage training and courses
- Contact team members and business contacts
- Manage teams and workspaces
- Schedule work and meetings
- Record business activity
- Organize business information
- Generate analytics and reporting
- Automate business workflows
- Use AI-assisted features
- Maintain business records
DFDSoft generally provides the technology through which customers perform these activities.
Customers remain responsible for their business and employment decisions.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features
DFDSoft may provide AI-assisted features that help customers search, organize, summarize, classify, rank, or identify information.
These features are designed to assist human users.
Customers are responsible for determining whether and how automated functionality may lawfully be used in their business processes and for providing any notices, consent, assessments, or human review required by applicable employment or privacy law.
Who Controls End User Information
In many cases, the employer, organization, or other DFDSoft customer that uses the information is the organization responsible for determining why and how end user information is processed.
DFDSoft generally processes this information on that customer’s behalf.
If you know which organization is handling your information, privacy requests relating to that organization’s records should generally be directed to that organization.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request:
- Access to personal information
- Correction
- Deletion
- Information concerning the source or use of information
- A portable copy of information
- Opt-out of certain uses or disclosures
- Other rights provided by applicable law
